Refund Policy

At Let Katie Do It, all services and digital products are provided with care, professionalism, and clear expectations. Because of the nature of the work, I do not offer refunds on services or digital downloads.

 

Virtual Assistant Services

All VA services are billed in advance on a retainer basis. Once payment is received, that time is reserved exclusively for your project. As a result, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or early termination.

If you choose to cancel services, please refer to the cancellation terms outlined in your signed contract. In certain rare circumstances, a credit may be offered at the discretion of the service provider. Any credit issued will be valid for 12 months and is non-transferable.

 

Digital Downloads & Templates

Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final. This includes:

• Etsy printables
   

• Productivity templates (e.g., ClickUp, Canva, etc.)
   

• Any future digital offerings through the shop
   

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue or believe you’ve received the wrong file, reach out to hello@letkatiedoit.com so I can help resolve it.

 

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Change of mind
   

• Misunderstanding of services or deliverables
   

• Failure to use purchased hours or digital content
   

• Client-side tech limitations (e.g., not having the right app or tool)
